Criticized on Spying Statements": In Wednesday's edition of The New York Times, Charlie Savage will have an article that begins, "Two Democratic senators accused the Obama administration on Tuesday of seeking to 'ignore or justify' statements it made to the Supreme Court about warrantless surveillance by the National Security Agency, contributing to what they called a 'culture of misinformation' by the executive branch."

Federal Circuit upholds denial of trademark application for "Stop Islamisation of America": You can access today's ruling of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit at this link.

"The TTABlog" previously had posts here and here covering the appellate oral argument and the Trademark and Trial Appeal Board's ruling, which the Federal Circuit affirmed today.

And the American Freedom Law Center, which represented the trademark applicants, previously had news releases titled "Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer to Appeal Denial of 'Stop Islamisation of America' Trademark" and "Final Brief Filed in Appeal to USPTO's Denial of 'Stop Islamisation of America' Trademark."
